This October, the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation (DSLRF) extends its ongoing partnership with Lifetime to include a new campaign with Lifetime Moms ( to recruit 25,000 new volunteers to join DSLRF’s Army of Women program to help breast cancer prevention research. To encourage more women to join at, Lifetime Moms will donate $1.00 to the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation for every new volunteer that signs up for the Army of Women through, with a maximum donation of $25,000.

“Many women are aware that their breast cancer risk is higher if their first pregnancy is after 30. But a lot of women do not realize that 80% percent of women who get breast cancer have none of the known risk factors,” said Dr. Susan Love, M.D., President of the Dr. Susan Love Research Foundation. “We’re excited to be partnering with Lifetime Moms and their network of mom bloggers because we know it will take an Army of Women to find what causes breast cancer.”
